Online therapy follows the same format as traditional in person therapy; however, you’ll have the convenience of receiving the support you need remotely from the comfort of your home.
At the time of your scheduled session. you’ll simply log into the secured HIPAA compliant client portal, and proceed with your appointment.
Not only is online therapy convenient, but studies have shown that online therapy is just as effective as traditional in person therapy.

During your first session (after the initial consultation), you will have the opportunity to express in detail your mental health concerns. I will also ask you a variety of questions to further explore and assess your current mental health status. Additionally, we will discuss your therapeutic goals, as well as consider the most appropriate therapeutic approach.

The number of sessions and duration of treatment is contingent upon a variety of factors, including the severity of your mental health condition(s), session frequency, as well as your overall commitment to the therapeutic process. In general, treatment duration may vary widely from client to client.

Individual 60 minute session: $125
Family 60 minute session: $150

While I do not currently accept insurance, I am happy to provide you with a statement that you may submit to your insurance carrier to receive reimbursement for services.

I currently have a limited amount of sliding scale spaces available based on income eligibility. If this is something that you may be interested in, please inquire during your initial consultation.
